Gen Z consumers increasingly seek personalisation, transparency, and deeper emotional connection with brands. Traditional fast-fashion models often lack opportunities for creative participation, creating distance between brands and their audiences. “Made By Us” addresses this by enabling customer-driven co-creation and storytelling.
